Important message for those ordering from Italy:
I will no longer be shipping to Italy unless you take out registered postal insurance. This cost £ 3.50 from the Royal Mail and I have added a button for this in the postal information poage as well as under each item. YOU ONLY NEED TO USE THIS ONCE PER ORDER. If you are from any other country and would like postal insurance plase click on this button once per order. I have always replaced anyones order happily and without question in the past, but in recent times there has been a dramatic increase in the amount of "lost" orders, and I simply cannot afford to replace every one of them. My postal rates are very cheap at £ 2.00 so an additional £ 3.50 for insurance is not unreasonable, as this is the exact amount the Royal Mail charges me for postal insurance.
It is important to note that I will no longer be replacing orders that do not take out Postal Insurance. I will obtain proof of posting for every order I post from the post office, and if you do not take out postal insurance it will be a matter of a manual trace with the Royal Mail that takes approximately 2 months. I apologise for this, but I can simply no longer afford to compensate for the amount of orders that go missing.
If you use the option more than once in error on your order do not worry I will refund it straight away.
